BENEFITS OF EXHIBITING
The CTST team works to do much of the “heavy lifting” for our sponsors and exhibitors by incorporating elements into the event that make it easier for you to make the maximum number of quality contacts at the event.
INCREASED BOOTH TRAFFIC
In 2008 CTST will feature an expanded complement of events and services. Some are of direct benefit to exhibitors. Others, designed to reach out to attendees, will drive more floor traffic and longer visits. Ultimately, they all benefit you, the CTST exhibitor.
MORE FACE TIME WITH CUSTOMERS
Fifteen total hours of exhibit time are scheduled during the event, but additionally there is open time for exhibitors to schedule customer meetings, press announcements and staff meetings on Wednesday and Thursday morning.
MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES
As part of your exhibitor package CTST will assist you in inviting specific customers and prospects you want to see at the show. We’ll email out invitations to your customers. Or we'll create the invitation for you and send it to you to forward along to your contacts. We’ll do personalized mailings to your contacts if you provide us with a list. We will provide event banners, brochure pdfs…whatever help you need in communicating with your contacts.
PROMOTION EFFORTS TO BOOST ATTENDANCE
A special semi-weekly e-mail update will be sent to prospective attendees; a separate, major, exhibits-only promotion effort that will be blasted out to a broad universe of prospective attendees
during the three months before the show; special targeted promotions will be designed for CSTS key vertical sectors: the security sector and the transaction sectors.
